Hudson Resources Inc.
- Hudson Resources is a Canadian based mining company focused on the Naajat (White Mountain) anorthosite (calcium feldspar) project in Greenland. Hudson has also developed the Sarfartoq rare earth project.
Pressemelding fra Hudson Resources Inc. 30. juli 2015:
HUDSON SIGNS 10-YEAR GLOBAL SUPPLY AGREEMENT FOR THE WHITE MOUNTAIN ANORTHOSITE PROJECT
- The purchase agreement establishes a minimum 10-year commitment for significant annual purchase of the product. Hudson will be a global supplier, providing anorthosite as a feed material to the company’s fiberglass plants around the world.
- Hudson expects to commence product shipments in the second half of 2016, subject to final permitting, financing and mine commissioning in Greenland.
- This supply agreement will cover a major portion of our initial planned production of 200,000 tonnes per year, and will provide a strong foundation for our business of supplying anorthosite to fiberglass producers worldwide.”
PRELIMINARY*ECONOMIC*ASSESSMENT (PEA) FOR*SPECIALTY* ALUMINA*PRODUCTION*FROM*THE*WHITE*MOUNTAIN*ANORTHOSITE*DEPOSIT, WEST*GREENLAND, 30. mars 2015
- Total mining, processing and administrative costs for operations in Greenland have been estimated at $C13.69/tonne of mined and shipped material. This amount includes. $C10.22/tonne in mining costs, $C2.22/tonne in G&A and other site costs, and a contingency of $C1.24/tonne (representing 10% of operating costs).
- Quotations received from ship brokers indicate rates of $US25/tonne are reasonable for shipments of this type of material.
- The PEA is preliminary in nature as it includes indicated mineral resources that cannot be categorized as reserves at this time and, as such, there is no certainty that the preliminary assessment and economics will be realized.. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability
